Payment:
The reservation becomes effective when the owner of the house has received a deposit of 30% of the entire stay.
The balance of the lease must be sendd to the owner no later than 30 days before the date of occupancy reserved.
The keys will be issued on the day of arrival in the house. If the tenant is delaying his arrival, he must notify the owner.
Deposit (or deposit):
The amount of the deposit is 100 €. This deposit will be returned at the end of the lease.
This deposit may be charged;
- Any costs caused by the repair of damage caused to objects, furniture, or other.
- The cost of missing items (tableware, kitchen accessories, fittings for beds and others) found the following the check out.
- Expenses necessary to clean the house if it is not made in an acceptable state.

This deposit shouldn't ne considered as participation rent.
Using of the house
The tenant will have to hire a peaceful way and make good use of it, according to the destination locations.
On his departure, the tenant must give back the house as clean as it will be found upon arrival. In case of non-compliance with this clause, it will be charged € 50 in 2009.
All material contained in the inventory must be returned to its position in the entry.
Cases:
The number of tenants may not exceed the maximum 6 persons (children under two years are not taken into account for capacity).
Check in and check out and inventory:
The check in and inventory of furniture and other equipment will be made at the beginning and end of stay by the owner and the tenant.
If unable to carry out the inventory on arrival, the tenant will have 24 hours to check the inventory and report posted to the owner of any deficiencies found. After this period, the leased
property will be considered free from damage at the entrance of the tenant.
In case of non-completion of inventory at the check out due to a time different than that stipulated in the contract and inconsistent with the owner schedule, the owner
will make the chek out unilaterally on time and send the deposit within one week of departure, in the absence of degradation and subject to good restoration of the site.
If the owner finds the damage, he must notify the tenant within a week. Accordingly, it will be a delay of up to two months after the departure date to return the deposit, less any damage, loss
of objects, any cleaning etc ...
The cleaning of the cottage on arrival will be recorded in the inventory. Regarding the damage duly recorded, they will be deducted from the deposit which will be determined by an
estimate made by a professional or organization at the request of the owner. In this case, the deposit will be returned to the tenant by mail within two weeks, net of estimated by the
estimate.
Animals:
This contract specifies that the tenant can stay with a single pet. In case of non-compliance with this clause by the tenant, the landlord may refuse the tenant. In this case no refunds will be
made.
Cancellation policy:
All cancellations must be notified by letter to the owner
- In case of cancellation by the owner, the owner will reverse to the tenant double the amount of money, except the security deposit.
- If the tenant does not transmit to the owner the balance of the booking 30 days before the effective date of the lease, the deposit remains with the owner and the booking will not be considered
as active.
- If the stay is shortened by the tenant, the rent remains with the owner. There will be no refund, except deposit.
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival of lodging: the deposit remains with the owner
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival of lodging: 50% of the total reservation cost will be retained by the owner.
- If the tenant does not within 48 hours after the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the landlord may dispose of his house. 50% of the cost of the lease will
remain with the owner.::
Disputes:
Any claim relating to the situation and condition of the description at the location, must be submitted to the owner within 24 hours from the entry.
Payment of charges:
The location of the house included 500 liters of cold water per day, 8 kWh per day, 4 kg of gas per week and 1 / 2 stere wood heater.
At the end of stay, the tenant must pay to the owner the amount of charges not included in the rental price.
